Luggate
The Luggate community came together in 2023 to think about the future. With support from Shaping Our Future and the Luggate Community Association, locals shared their ideas through workshops, surveys, and working group meetings. People talked honestly about what’s working, what’s not, and what really matters to them.
The process shaped a clear long-term vision and a practical list of actions. Key findings highlight pressure on water and wastewater, road safety issues and the need for better community spaces, shops, tracks and environmental protection.
Overall, the report shows strong community spirit and a shared desire for well-planned, people-friendly growth.
